SEASONAL SITES – one price includes just about everything. We have some of the area’s best prices for all types of camping and seasonal sites! All sites and cabins are for up to 4 Adults.  For each
additional person over 18 years of age there will be an $10.00 per day charge.
Kids 17 years and younger are free.

Once your reservation is made, we have a no refund policy for any reason whatsoever as our season is so short and we could have rented your site to someone else and we still need to staff and prepare as if you were coming.  Sorry for this inconvenience.

Check in for RV sites, pop-up and/or tent sites is anytime after 12 noon and check out by 11am on the day of departure.   Need a little more time, check with management.  If no one is coming in after you, you can stay later at no extra charge.  No later than 5pm and it is at Manager’s discretion.

Check in for Cabin is after 2pm and check out on the day of departure is by 11am.  Most Tent Sites include: Electric, WIFI, Cable TV, water, picnic table, fire-ring and hot showers.  2020 Medcalf Acres Campground Site Prices  All RV sites include: the above plus septic hook-up.

2021 season opens from 10:00am Friday May 21st, 2021 (the weekend before Memorial Day
weekend) – Monday October 11th, 2021, 5pm (Columbus Day), freezing weather permitted.  Due to water pipes possibly freezing.  2021 Medcalf Acres Campground Site Price

The Heated Inground Swimming Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.  10am-8pm/dusk, whichever comes first and subject to weather conditions.  Activities in the Schroon River and on our Beach are open the same dates and times stated above and subject to weather conditions and the height and speed of the river.
